Step 1
Our team transports our automated equipment to your facility after discussing your marking requirements.
Step 2
We setup the robot, tablet and carry out signal connection tests.
If these succeed, both devices will automatically connect and find GPS/Mobile signal.
Add our professional line marking paint and the robot is ready to go.
Step 3
No need for measuring tape for new markings, using the control tablet, we select a marking template and place it directly on the background map.
Create, edit and save as many markings as you need.
These site markings are saved on the tablet and can always be re-marked as required.
Working with our automated system, initial markings and re-markings are the same.
Step 4
Once marking plans are confirmed and obstacles are safely removed, our equipment can begin the marking routine(s).
Await the marking routine to finish and then clean the device.
Load the marking equipment back into the van, ready for transport back to base.
The marking routine has been completed, another job well done!
